REFUND & RETURN POLICY
After receiving your order, you’ll have a 30 day window to return your order and receive a refund on the products. Please note that only products purchase price is refundable.
Exchanging damaged products:
Spliff House products comes with a Freshness and Quality Guarantee, which means that you can exchange products that are damaged within 30 days after receiving your order if the products you received were damaged.
Please note that leaf’s color and/or holes on the leaves don’t make the product eligible for an exchange. All products being replaced must be returned, and are thoroughly inspected by our staff prior to being exchanged.
If you believe you received a damaged product, please reach out to us and our team will assist you through the process. Make sure you don’t throw the leaf away nor consumed, and take pictures of product highlighting the damage and the original packaging.
